My name is Sarah, and I’m thrilled to share my passion for movement, history, and self-discovery with you. Ever since I can remember, I’ve been captivated by the worlds of knights, medieval legends, and fantasy tales. The courage, discipline, and strength of these figures have always inspired me, and I wanted to find a way to channel that energy into something modern and meaningful. That’s how Sacred Blade Training was born.
I created this class to bring the spirit of the sword—precision, power, and balance—into a workout that’s accessible to everyone, no matter your skill level. By blending sword-inspired movements with yoga, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and targeted bodywork, I’ve designed a program that not only builds physical strength but also helps you tap into your inner confidence and creativity.
